Requirements
- Education: Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on putting customers first.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin speakers are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide timely and professional support.
- Share accurate product and service information, ensuring customers feel informed and valued.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and accounts teams to resolve issues and fulfil requests seamlessly.
- Process orders, prepare quotations, and manage follow-ups with efficiency.
- Support post-sales activities, including gathering feedback and addressing complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service at every touchpoint.
- Assist with administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
