Requirements
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Previous experience in tour coordination, travel planning, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for travel and creating memorable experiences.
- Proficiency in travel-related software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, and execute engaging tours for groups.
- Execute with suppliers, venues, and transport services to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the tour process.
- Manage bookings, prepared itineraries, and handle logistics.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the tour, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- For big projects, coordinate room keys, arrival to departure logistics, meals standards ahead as advance teams.
