Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty or skin management industry
- Language required: English & Mandarin
- Strong leadership and sales capabilities
- Able to manage store operations independently
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the beauty/skin management center
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Handle inventory, procurement, and other operational matters
- Analyze store performance and implement improvement strategies
