Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty or skin management industry
- Language required: English & Mandarin
- Some experience in sales and team coordination
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager in handling daily store operations
- Support the team in achieving sales and service goals
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales follow-up
- Assist with staff training and ensure smooth operational procedures
- Help manage inventory and staff scheduling
