Requirements
- Minimum education is Secondary School or higher
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Working Location : Sunway Nexis , Kota Damansara
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Introduce products or services and explain their benefits.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers as needed.
- Meet daily or weekly targets for calls or sales.
