Requirements
- Minimum education: SPM and above
- Language required: English & Mandarin
- Required skills: Fluency in Mandarin, Early childhood education, Classroom management, Lesson planning
- Willingness to work in Bangsar.
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Patient, nurturing, and attentive to children's needs
- At least 1 year of experience teaching in a Mandarin preschool setting
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) with strong communication skills
- Capable of planning and delivering engaging lessons
Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and deliver lessons according to the centre’s policies and curriculum framework.
- Complete lesson plans and children's progress reports each term.
- Prepare and maintain a developmental portfolio for children.
- Continuously upgrade professional skills and knowledge through training and development.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and supportive learning environment that encourages children's academic and creative growth.
- Manage daily classroom operations, ensuring the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children.
- Work closely and collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
- Build strong, positive relationships and communication with parents.
- Support and participate in school activities, including events, marketing, celebrations, required trainings, and any duties assigned by the Centre Management
