Requirements
- Possess a Diploma-level qualification with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in telemarketing management, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Exhibit fluency in English
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Possesses the ability to motivate and inspire teams in a dynamic environment.
- Drives performance by setting clear goals and guiding the team toward achieving ambitious targets.
- Capable of identifying challenges, analyzing complex situations, and making sound decisions quickly and effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative training methods to assure your team consistently exceeds sales and conversion targets
- Implement impromptu training sessions during times of low call volume to strengthen the sales associates
- Manage, motivate and give directions to the team
- Generate daily, weekly month reports to measure telemarketer's performance
- Develop and execute a comprehensive telemarketing strategy aligned with Synergy International Group of Companies' overall sales and business development objectives.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of telemarketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track telemarketing effectiveness, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of telemarketing scripts, training materials, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target markets, develop lead generation campaigns, and optimize lead qualification processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in telemarketing to continuously improve performance and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in telemarketing activities.
