Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate can apply but an advantage if have experience in content creation, digital marketing or social media management.
- Excellent writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia with a sharp eye for detail and business language.
- Familiar with tools like Canva, Meta Business, and Google Docs.
- Understanding of small business/entrepreneurship challenges is a big plus.
Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Write social media posts and copywriting focused on topics like entrepreneurship, business strategy, leadership, marketing, and finance.
- Create lead-generating content such as ebooks, guides, checklists, and case studies.
- Collaborate with consultants to turn insights into digestible and actionable content.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone—professional, trustworthy, and results-driven. Social Media Management:
- Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule across TikTok Facebook and Instagram -Share success stories, client testimonials, business tips and promotional content.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to messages and comments, and grow our online community. Campaign & Event Support
- Help promote webinars, masterclasses, live events, and program launches.
- Coordinate with internal teams on campaign assets, content approvals, and delivery timelines.
- Stay up to date with trends in entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and small business.
