Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse audience.
- Basic proficiency in photography and videography, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, and CapCut.
- Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
- Basic knowledge of content marketing principles and a passion for creating engaging and informative content.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic marketing team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Based in Seri Kembangan or willing to commute to the office location daily.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) targeting the Malaysian market.
- Create engaging and shareable content (text, images, videos) in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, tailored to different social media platforms and target audiences.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for digital marketing initiatives.
- Support the content marketing strategy by assisting in the creation of blog posts, articles, and other relevant content to drive organic traffic and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Assist in managing and updating the company website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, and performance tracking.
