Our client is a leading automotive technology company and Southeast Asia’s largest online used car marketplace. Founded in 2015, they have grown rapidly by offering a full digital ecosystem for vehicle transactions, including buying, selling, financing, insurance, and after-sales services.
In Malaysia, our client originally operated under a different brand name and became a key player in the digital used car industry since its launch in 2018. The platform gained traction for streamlining the car ownership journey through innovative solutions such as AI-powered pricing tools, digital inspections, and end-to-end customer services.
Your responsibility include:
Telemarketing Strategy:
Develop and implement telemarketing campaigns tailored to the regional market, in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams. o Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine and optimize telemarketing strategies. o Ensure telemarketing efforts support broader regional sales objectives, customer retention, and lead generation.
