Requirements
- Candidates should have a professional qualification a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in financial management/accounting.
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking parties.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting and effectively resolving work problem
Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation of full sets of accounts and supporting schedules for audit and tax purposes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Perform monthly bank transaction reconciliations and issue customer and supplier statements to maintain accurate financial records.

- Prepare daily bank transactions and assist in budgeting expenses and income to support project planning and financial decision-making.
- Generate timely and accurate management reports, group quarterly reports, and cash flow projections to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor day-to-day operations including invoicing, payments, journal entries, and cash flows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments to optimize cash flow and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties such as financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, and government bodies to fulfill statutory and legislative requirements.
- Year-End Processes: Prepare Year End EA Form reconciliation and assist in year-end reporting processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Payroll Preparation: Handle payroll processing efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Assist management with any ad-hoc assignments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and readiness to tackle new challenges
