Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Structural Engineering, Building, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related industry is required.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Additional language is preferred.
- Must be resourceful, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to travel as required by the job.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site activities to ensure effective implementation and timely completion of projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure site workers strictly adhere to the agreed job scope between the company and clients.
- Liaise with clients and organize site space for material allocation efficiently.
- Oversee and provide necessary toolbox talks to ensure all workers comply with safety protocols and standards.
- Coordinate daily job arrangements with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
- Prepare comprehensive Site Daily Reports and summary reports documenting progress and issues.
- Manage delivery and handover of project documents to customers accurately and timely.
- Capture daily photos of the site before, during, and after work to provide clear visual updates for the team and clients.
- Handle any ad hoc tasks or assignments as required to support project needs and site operations.
