Requirements
- Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in e-commerce, live commerce, or digital sales
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiar with TikTok Shop or other live selling platforms
- Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory tools, and social media platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the TikTok Live Host team, including daily scheduling and performance monitoring
- Plan and coordinate live content calendar based on product launches, campaigns, and sales trends
- Ensure stock readiness and product availability for each live session
- Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to update product info and stock flow in real-time
- Analyse sales performance, customer engagement, and host productivity to improve future sessions
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to align live sessions with overall brand strategy
- Identify opportunities to boost traffic, engagement, and conversion on TikTok Shop and other online platforms
