Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Design or equivalents.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an UI UX Designer or similar role is preferred.
- Familiar with Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge on other Adobe range of products including XD, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effect and Dreamweaver is an added advantage.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Fluent in writing and speaking of both English and Cantonese / Mandarin are preferred. (Most of our clients are from Hong Kong SAR and Mainland China)
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude, passionate on designs, excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options.
- Willingness to learn new design software and techniques.
- Portfolio showcasing previous multimedia design work.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design rationale clearly.
- Experience working with marketing, branding, or SEO teams is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the web design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites for clients.
- Utilize Figma to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for web projects.
- Edit and enhance videos for various purposes, including promotional content and client presentations.
- Develop 2D animations to enhance website and marketing materials, bringing concepts to life.
- Design eye-catching and effective graphic banners for marketing campaigns and website content.
- Use your proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to facilitate communication with clients and team members as needed.
- Work closely with the development team, project managers, and clients to ensure multimedia elements align with project goals and client expectations.
- Ensure the multimedia elements meet quality standards, are error-free, and perform optimally across different platforms and devices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative multimedia solutions into projects to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain records of multimedia assets and project progress for reference and future improvements.
- Be open to learning and adapting to new technologies and tools as needed to enhance multimedia design capabilities.
- Lead the UX and UI design of high-impact marketing websites, landing pages, and microsites.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s web design system and style guides.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team processes and strategy.
- Stay current with web design trends, tools, and best practices.
