Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Able to plan calendar and design content suited for industry and company's target audiences.
- At least 1 year experience in content creation and able to take and edit video/pictures.
- Familiarity with social media Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedln, Facebook, Rednotes and content schedule tools.
- Familiar with software and equipment to take and edit videos and pictures.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and original content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Rednotes etc.) that aligns with Weller Air-cond Parts Enterprise Sdn Bhd brand and marketing objectives.
- Manage the company's social media presence, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Create compelling and persuasive copy for social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Design visually appealing graphics and edit videos to enhance social media content and attract target audiences, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics, identify trends, and optimize content strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure the company's social media presence remains competitive and effective.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that support overall marketing goals and drive business growth.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the cold room solution industry and its target market to create relevant and engaging content.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude, representing the company in a positive light across all social media channels.
