Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of digital or social media marketing experience are encouraged to apply
- Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a big bonus!)
- Proficient in Cap cut 剪映 (JianYing) or similar short-form video editing software – MUST
- Active and savvy across Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Facebook
- Strong in creativity, visual storytelling, and social media writing
- Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools
- Great at managing timelines, multitasking, and working within a fast-moving team
- Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the wellness space
- Might require to work on certain weekends but will have replacement leave or compensation
Responsibilities
We’re a chiropractic & physiotherapy center on a mission to inspire healthier families — and we’re looking for a creative soul who loves content, community, and collaboration.
1. Social Media & Content
- Plan and post content on Instagram, XiaoHongShu, TikTok & Facebook
- Create reels, stories, carousels that connect with families
- Stay on trend and respond to DMs with heart & soul
2. Video Creation
- Pitch ideas, write short scripts, shoot and edit videos (capcut, 剪映 or other editing tools required)
- Add subtitles, music, and branded flair
3. Campaign & Branding
- Propose fun monthly campaigns and content themes
- Support the founder’s personal brand
- Build and follow a content calendar with the team
4. Collaborations & Community
- Brainstorm cool collab ideas and meet up with partners
- Help with pop-ups, wellness events, and marketing materials
- Keep an eye on current trends
This role is for you if you're:
- Creative & proactive
- A social media geek (IG, XHS, TikTok)
- Fluent in English (Mandarin a bonus!)
- Comfortable with video editing & content planning
- A team player who loves bringing ideas to life
