Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent in related field
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the Construction industry
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast - paced, deadline driven environment
- Relevant certifications in construction management, health and safety or related field
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on - site, ensuting tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors based on project requirements and skill levels
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, progress and safety compliance
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and equipment on - site
- Ensure the site is left clean and ready for handover upon project completion
