Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Structural Engineering, Building, Marketing/ Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related industry building/construction is required.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Must be resourceful, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to travel as required by the job.
Responsibilities
- Attend line walk, site visit and dealing with internal team for quotation preparation
- Planning and dealing with supplier, subcontractor for perform task and make sure understand and follow customer requirement.
- Always arrangement project with site team to make sure smooth for complete project
- Assist in managing project resources, such as materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure that they are allocated efficiently and in alignment with project requirements
- Monitoring project costs and expenses against the allocated budget
- Liaise with on-site personnel to ensure that construction activities are progressing according to the schedule and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-up on pending orders or outstanding issues.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers and develop new customer
- Ad-hoc task assigned by superior
