Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and time management skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle GST submissions and tax filings
- Monitor and manage cash flow and budgeting
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards
- Support management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting
