Requirements
- Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification or equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking a career in outdoor sales.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
- Exhibit strong product knowledge and the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Apply effective sales techniques to promote products and achieve sales targets in an outdoor setting.
- Manage time efficiently to maximize customer interactions and sales opportunities throughout the day.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to overcome objections and address customer concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel within Kuala Lumpur to promote products effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell products/services at outdoor events, roadshows, and designated promotional areas within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Engage with potential customers, providing detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing, addressing inquiries, and overcoming objections effectively.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Set up and manage promotional booths or displays, ensuring they are visually appealing, well-stocked, and compliant with company guidelines and event regulations.
- Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and samples to generate interest and drive traffic to promotional areas.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence, reporting findings to the sales team to improve product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels, submitting reports to the sales manager as required.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, representing the company in a professional and responsible manner at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
