Requirements
- Malaysian citizen.
- Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Mandarin speaker.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Well-groomed, hardworking, and self-motivated.
- Able to work overtime as required.
Responsibilities
- Process daily online orders from online platforms (SiteGiant, Shopee, etc.).
- Print and organize order details for packaging and courier arrangement.
- Pick items from inventory and coordinate with packers or prepare for customer self-collection.
- Monitor stock levels on shelves and perform timely restocking.
- Arrange and maintain incoming stock on shelves in an orderly manner.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, inbox messages, live chat, calls, and email.
- Handle customer complaints, returns and refunds in a professional manner.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
