Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant social media management experience
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Experience in a marketing agency setting is a plus.
- Strong understanding of platform best practices and current social media trends
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics.
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and manage several projects concurrently
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Suite, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.)
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Agorapulse).
- Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience in content creation or short-form video editing (TikTok/Reels) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Normal working hours is from 10am to 7pm, however need to standby if there is any event.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of paid ads is a plus
- Passion for personal development, entrepreneurship, or the live events industry
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
Responsibilities
1. Platform Management
- Oversee and manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms:
- Facebook (7+ regional pages)
- Instagram (Brand & Events)
- YouTube (Global & Korea)
- LinkedIn, TikTok, Rednote
2. Performance Tracking
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key KPIs and platform performance using tools such as:
- Meta Business Suite
- YouTube Studio
- Other relevant social analytics platforms
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign and content performance.
- Generate regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
4. Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Customize strategies for regional relevance and audience resonance.
5. Content Planning & Management
- Collaborate with design and content teams to:
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across all platforms.
- Align social media content with broader marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone.
6. Community Engagement
- Actively engage with audiences across platforms:
- Respond to comments and messages.
- Coordinate with customer service for issue resolution and escalations.
7. Campaign Execution
- Support marketing campaigns by amplifying:
- Product launches
- Promotions
- Key corporate announcements
8. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with project, registration, and sales teams to support integrated campaigns.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure:
- Cultural appropriateness of content
- Alignment with local market trends
- Monitor trends and audience feedback to adapt content strategies.
