Requirements
- Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification or equivalent.
- Proficient in Mandarin, able to communicate effectively in daily work.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to express ideas and opinions clearly and accurately.
- Familiar with office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.
- Good organizational and coordination skills; able to manage tasks efficiently.
- Able to communicate, read, and write
- Work location is in Banting; must be able to adapt to an on-site working environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the operations team, prepare reports, and handle administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality Control teams to ensure smooth and efficient operational processes.
- Translate and interpret technical documents and meeting notes to ensure accurate communication of information.
