Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in operations management, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
  • Demonstrate fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Exhibit expertise in supply chain management, encompassing procurement, logistics, and inventory control, to ensure efficient and cost-effective product delivery.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to guarantee the integrity and quality of all products, aligning with the company's commitment to high-quality offerings.
  • Lead and drive process improvement initiatives across all operational areas, leveraging methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma, to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize workflows.
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring seamless execution of processes and alignment with strategic objectives, while proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize all operational processes, including supply chain management, warehousing, and order fulfillment, to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards for product quality and customer satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operational activities with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to support operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, implementing and maintaining appropriate policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.
