Kelayakan
- Chargeman Certificate (A0 or Equivalent) or Wireman (PW4 or Equivalent) issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in renewable energy and solar technology are encouraged to apply.
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of solar panel installation procedures and best practices is essential.
- Proficiency in electrical wiring and basic electrical troubleshooting is necessary.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics is a must.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to electrical work and solar installations is critical.
- Must be willing to work on-site in various location of Malaysia and adapt to varying weather conditions such as hot sun and working at height.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites within Malaysia may be required.
Tanggungjawab
- Conduct routine inspections and performance testing of solar cell modules and arrays to identify defects, degradation, and performance deviations, ensuring optimal energy generation.
- Perform electrical wiring and interconnection of solar panels, inverters, and other system components, adhering to established safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and mechanical issues within solar PV systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques to implement effective repairs and minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation of solar panels on rooftops and ground-mounted structures, ensuring proper alignment, secure mounting, and weatherproofing to maximize system longevity and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and repair logs, contributing to data-driven insights for system optimization and preventative maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to implement system upgrades, retrofits, and expansions, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and guidelines during all installation, maintenance, and repair activities, promoting a safe working environment and minimizing the risk of accidents or injuries.
