Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields
Strong interest in social media and digital platforms
Good writing skills in English and/or Mandarin/Bahasa Melayu
Basic understanding of Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Ads is a plus
Eagerness to learn, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, creating, and managing content for social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu)
Monitor campaign performance and generate monthly analytics reports
Support SEO/SEM strategies and website updates
Help develop and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and external agencies
Conduct basic market research to support marketing strategies
Participate in brainstorming and idea-generation sessions for new campaigns
Stay up-to-date with digital trends and competitor activities
