Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience operating forklifts (counterbalance or reach truck preferred).
- Valid forklift operator certification/license is highly preferred.
- Familiar with warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Able to operate different types of forklifts efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and accuracy.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills (for inventory/log reporting).
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- SPM or equivalent education level required.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload goods and materials safely.
- Transport items to designated storage locations in the warehouse.
- Stack, organize, and store products in an orderly and safe manner.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of forklifts before use.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Support general warehouse operations such as picking, packing, labeling, and inventory checks.
- Receive, check, label, and store incoming goods.
- Report any damaged or missing stock immediately.
- Ensure full compliance with company SOPs and safety policies.
