Requirements
- Education level SPM or Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, in any field.
- Previous clerical or receptionist experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Friendly, professional, and punctual with a positive work attitude.
Responsibilities
- Record all incoming and outgoing lorries and coordinate with drivers.
- Manage basic billing processes and generate Delivery Orders (DO) and goods receipt bills.
- Maintain proper filing of documents and records on a daily basis.
- Update and monitor stock reports accurately.
- Answer phone calls professionally and provide timely assistance or redirection.
- Perform general clerical tasks and assist with office operations as needed.
