Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Marketing, or other related fields.
- Minimum 1 year experience in fashion retail store or a related field (preferred).
- Possess 1 year of experience in content creation, social media marketing has additional advantage
- Hands-on experience with camera handling for photo and video shoots. Proficient in video editing, especially using CapCut.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple content timelines effectively.
- Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of or strong passion for fashion trends
Responsibilities
- Managing overall store operations, including sales, inventory, customer service, and employee management.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, achieve targets, and increase profitability.
- Training and supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Maintaining proper inventory levels, monitoring stock movement, and implementing effective inventory control measures.
- Analysing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Overseeing visual merchandising and store layout to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and local regulations
