Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve client issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Subang Jaya.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate for annual audits and tax return filings
- Establishing and reconciling all companies operating bank accounts.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Oversee, review & implement an effective system of internal control procedures and reporting.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
- Search on the government grant for SME
- Payment Collection & Aging
- Prepare sales reporting
- Daily , weekly & monthly payment submission
- Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned.
