Store visitation and daily operations
- Conduct thorough outlet walk-throughs ad operational observations. Ensure compliance with SOP.
- Oversee daily retail operations, including sales performance, customer service, staffing, and administration.
- Verify marketing promotions, new product launches ad display accuracy. Ensure menus, bunting, posters are current.
- Monitor outlet staffing, grooming, scheduling etc.
- Conduct outlet meetings and briefing o sales, P&L performance, audits, customer feedback, staff progress, marketing campaigns, team behavior& etc.
Operational Audit & Compliance
- Conduct internal cash audits. reconcile cash sales, bank I amount, voids ad outstanding balances.
- Review inventory control, ensure weekly takes are completed correctly.
Customer Service & Maintenance
- Address customer feedback ad iteral store issues.
- Monitor staff behavior and professionalism (e.g., body language, image, hygiene )
- Monitor and report maintenance issues
Planning & Performance Analysis
- Identify and address both internal and external factors affecting outlet performance.
- Optimize workflows, manage deadlines and support people’s development.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive team improvement and growth.
