Requirements

  • Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outlet or retail operations. Fresh graduates with strong interest in retail management are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Operations Executive – Salon & Retail Operations (Beauty Industry)

Store visitation and daily operations

  • Conduct thorough outlet walk-throughs ad operational observations. Ensure compliance with SOP.
  • Oversee daily retail operations, including sales performance, customer service, staffing, and administration.
  • Verify marketing promotions, new product launches ad display accuracy. Ensure menus, bunting, posters are current.
  • Monitor outlet staffing, grooming, scheduling etc.
  • Conduct outlet meetings and briefing o sales, P&L performance, audits, customer feedback, staff progress, marketing campaigns, team behavior& etc.

Operational Audit & Compliance

  • Conduct internal cash audits. reconcile cash sales, bank I amount, voids ad outstanding balances.
  • Review inventory control, ensure weekly takes are completed correctly.

Customer Service & Maintenance

  • Address customer feedback ad iteral store issues.
  • Monitor staff behavior and professionalism (e.g., body language, image, hygiene )
  • Monitor and report maintenance issues

Planning & Performance Analysis

  • Identify and address both internal and external factors affecting outlet performance.
  • Optimize workflows, manage deadlines and support people’s development.
  • Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive team improvement and growth.
