Requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in documenting recipes and maintaining accurate records.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of food science, ingredients, and culinary techniques.
- Excellent palate and sensory evaluation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in kitchen automation, food processing or manufacturing technology is a bonus.
- Experience in cost control, inventory management, and supplier coordination is a bonus.

Responsibilities
- Execute daily operations of the kitchen for smooth and efficient production.
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet supply demands.
- Perform quality and control assessment on products, and to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ordering raw materials, managing inventory and stock level control.
- Supervise and train production staff
- Work with the management team to improve workflow and implement process automation where applicable.
- Oversee waste management
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are well-maintained.
- Develop recipes and food products aligned with company objectives.
- Test and refine recipes for consistency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee sensory evaluations and incorporate feedback into product improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of product development processes and recipes.
