Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse team of 20 employees.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and controlling stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to providing a positive dining experience for all guests.
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and train a team of approximately 20 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Control inventory levels, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage items in accordance with food safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, including marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
  • Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and ensure efficient resolution.
