Now, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who’s passionate about digital campaigns, social media, and data-driven performance — and fluent in Mandarin & English to support our growing ---Chinese----speaking customer base.
==== QUALIFICATIONS =====
- Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Arts / Creative / Graphic Design, Mass Comm, or equivalent.
- FLUENT in English, Malay & Mandarin (for Chinese client communications)
- 1 – 2 years of experience in digital marketing (Fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome!)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in FB/IG/Google/TikTok Ads
- Basic SEO, WordPress/Shopify & Google Analytics knowledge
- Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools
- Understanding of content marketing, branding, advertising, and social media trends
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe) are an added advantage
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team
Responsibilities
===== CORE RESPONSIBILITIES =====
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google & TikTok
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve sales and engagement KPIs
- Create engaging content for FB/IG/TikTok
- Manage and update social media accounts – respond to messages and comments
- Work closely with content and design team to ensure brand consistency
- Analyze campaign results using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Prepare monthly reports + improvement plans
- Update website & optimize SEO
- Monitor latest digital trends & algorithms
