Kelayakan
- Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse teams and clients.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- 0–2 years of experience in a project assistant or administrative support role
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
Tanggungjawab
- Support the project management team with daily coordination and administrative tasks
- Maintain and update project documents, schedules, and reports
- Assist in tracking project or job progress, deadlines, and deliverables
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Help prepare presentations, status updates, and other project materials
- Support risk and issue tracking and follow-up
- Contribute to smooth project execution in a fast-paced work environment
