Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma or higher preferred.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in [specify languages, e.g., English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin].
- Confident, persuasive, and resilient attitude.
- Goal-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working with call targets and KPIs.
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Amo Meta Brickz Venture is seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services, and generating leads or sales. If you enjoy speaking to people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce company products and services professionally and confidently.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team leader or management.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle objections or questions effectively.
