Requirements
- Candidate must have completed at least Secondary School/ SPM/ “O” Level/ STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Diploma.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. If able to converse in Mandarin or Cantonese will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience in sales (related in construction/ building materials)
- Possess a good sense of market awareness in identifying business opportunities and threats.
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative, strong sense of urgency.
- Independent and able to work well in a team.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Computer literate
- Sales experience, Communication skills, Product knowledge, Customer relationship management, Problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- To build and sustain a network of strong clientele
- To service existing customer base and be proactive in identifying new customers.
- To reactivate inactive/dormant customers to expand customer base.
- To drive sales and ensure customers are updated with current product offerings.
- To follow up on sales, and provide after sales service to customers.
- To ensure customers’ payments are made on a timely basis.
- To achieve and/or exceed the individual and team sales target.
- Maintain Good Communication, both external and internal
