Qualifications & experience
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Proven experience in housing construction
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Liaise with subcontractors
- Lead project teams in executing project tasks according to the project plan
- Monitor and track project progress, performance, and budget
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes to the project scope
- Build, lead, and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities
- Conduct project evaluations and implement improvements for future projects
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and logs
