Full Time Car Rental Operations Assistant (Driver & Vehicle Support) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Samavest Tours & Travel Kedah - Maukerja

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and patient male staff to support our car rental operations in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, as most of our clients are from Mainland China, and the job involves explaining car features and performing driving demonstrations for Chinese-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver rental vehicles to customers and collect returned vehicles from various locations (including airports, hotels, or parking lots).
• Meet and assist customers during both vehicle handover and return process.
• Conduct car briefings and demonstrate how to drive the vehicle, especially for customers from China.
• Check and record the vehicle’s condition, cleanliness, and fuel level before and after each rental.
• Drive vehicles to and from car wash or service centers.
• Attend to minor issues such as flat tires, battery jump-starts, or other simple roadside matters.
• Report any damages or unusual findings to the office promptly.
