Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a related field is preferred for the relevant positions.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
- Experienced and knowledge in any accounting system (SQL/ABSS etc).
- Sense of responsibility and integrity and able to handle confidential matters.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
- Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
- Prepare bank, debtors, creditors and stock reconciliations.
- Performing day to day accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly management reports, schedules and other accounts related matters.
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment.
- Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
