Requirements
- SPM & above.
- Sales experience in building materials / construction related field with added advantage
- Able to speak in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- More than 2 year++ of experience in sales related is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with customers.
Responsibilities
- Follow up existing business account through networking & visiting
- Answer customer doubts/queries & communicate effectively the value and benefits of the products & services.
- Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Solve customer's doubts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
