Requirements
willingness to work under pressure We are looking for experienced candidates to take up the role of Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency professional in KL.
- problem solving and analytical skills
- proactive in updating skills and knowledge regarding insolvency
- able to independently complete tasks
- willingness to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Support the team in liquidation cases (CVL, MVL, Court Liquidations)
- Receivership administration
- Overseeing the entire lifecycle of cases from initiation to closure
- Ensuring timely and compliant filinf of statutory documents with CCM and court.
- Advising clients on matters regarding corporate restructuring, insolvency and winding up proceedings.
- Conduct legal and financial analysis in order to advice clients on the best course of action.
- Liaising with various stakeholders.
- Staying up to date with the latest regulations and practices.
