• Monthly Salary + Monthly Bonus + Cleanliness Bonus + Individual Performance Bonus + Team Performance Service Fee = RM3000.00 – RM3200.00 +++
• Monthly Salary (月薪): RM2500.00.
• Monthly Bonus (月奖): RM400.00. If the store is not scheduled to work on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays, the bonus is received directly.
• Cleanliness Bonus (干净卫生奖励): RM200.00. If there are no hygiene issues reported by colleagues, IT is received directly.
• Individual Performance Bonus (个人销售达标奖): RM200.00 to RM450.00. Awarded based on individual learning ability, conduct, hygiene, and most importantly, sales ability.
• Team Performance Service Fee (团队销售服务费): Based on individual sales performance, team sales, and exceeding targets. (Details will be explained in person) As a helper to our team — Level 1 minimum requires 2 and above.

• Health Bonus (健康奖): For colleagues who have not taken sick leave for a year, they will receive a health bonus. The amount received ranges from RM100.00 – RM300.00 based on individual sales.
• Attendance Bonus (勤工奖): For colleagues who have not taken rest days on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays for a year, they will receive an attendance bonus. The amount received ranges from RM100.00 – RM300.00 based on individual sales.
• Annual Leave Exchange (假期换钱): For annual leave not taken (annual, official, and public holidays) – you can convert it to cash within the first 7 days of April. Calculation of cash exchange: Base/26 days x Number of unused leave days = Cash convertible amount. Conversion of sick leave days: LEVEL 1 = RM5.00 per day, LEVEL 2 = RM30.00 per day, LEVEL 3 = RM60.00 per day.
• Hygiene Bonus (卫生奖): For colleagues who have not received any complaints from customers for a year, they will receive a hygiene bonus. The amount received ranges from RM100.00 – RM300.00 based on individual sales.
• Birthday Red Packet (生日红包): For colleagues who have worked at the company for over one year, they will receive a birthday red packet. The amount received ranges from RM100.00 – RM500.00 based on individual sales and years of service.

Job Details (工作详情)

• Job Position (招聘岗位): Sales Assistant. No cooking required, only sales work.
• Work Location (工作地点): GENTING HIGHLAND. We have 7 to 10 outlets there.
• Work Hours (工作时间): Rotating 9-hour shift (10am–7pm / 1pm–10pm), 1-hour meal break.
• Accommodation (宿舍地点): YUEN FONG – GENTING PERMAI.
• Accommodation Details (提供住宿): Includes water heater, kitchen, shared room for males and females (two people per room), locals preferred.
• Age Requirement (年龄限制): 18–50 years old. If you have experience, we can consider candidates over 50.
• Meals Provided (提供饮食): 1 meal (standard noodles/porridge).

Basic Benefits (基本福利)

EPF, SOCSO, EIS. (Available after one month)

Uniform (穿着要求): Company provides uniform, hat, and gloves. Self-provided: long pants and shoes (any color).

Transportation (上班交通): Company provides tools for travel between the accommodation and workplace. Colleagues will carpool, up to 60KM/H transport subsidy.

Pre-Employment Requirements (上班自备):

Food Handling Course Certificate (Kursus Latihan Pengendali Makanan).

Two Doses of Typhoid Injection (Typhoid Injection). You can inquire about both of these at the workplace.

Leave & Holidays (假期条例)

Rest Days (月假): 4 days per month. Rest days can be arranged on weekdays; cannot be split or accumulated; unused rest days cannot be converted to cash. 

Annual Leave (年假): 2 years or less: 8 days; 2 to 5 years: 12 days; 5 years or more: 14 days. 

Sick Leave (病假): Less than 2 years of service: 14 days; 2 to 5 years of service: 18 days; Over 5 years of service: 22 days.

Training Period (Training Period) – Salary for the First Month

Basic + Monthly Bonus + Cleanliness Bonus + Individual Performance Bonus = RM2500.00 – RM3000.00

Monthly Salary (月薪): RM1700.00. Monthly Bonus (月奖): RM400.00. If the store is not scheduled to work on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays, the bonus is received directly. 

Cleanliness Bonus (干净卫生奖励): RM200.00. If there are no hygiene issues reported by colleagues, IT is received directly. 

Individual Sales Performance Bonus (个人销售表现奖励): RM200.00 to RM700.00. Awarded based on individual learning ability, conduct, hygiene, and most importantly, sales ability.

LEVEL 1 – Earn RM200.00: You only need to serve customers politely, or the company may consider you for a record-keeping role.

LEVEL 2 – Earn RM400.00: You need to serve many customers to be eligible for the bonus.

LEVEL 3 – Earn RM700.00: Paid automatically starting from the second month, aiming for higher earnings.
