Job Description

Requirements

  • Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification as a minimum educational qualification.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a sales or technical role within the engineering or technical consulting industry.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Client Relationship Management, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Technical Sales, including the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts to clients.
  • Communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing, to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
  • Based in Melaka City and able to work onsite.
  • Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and training to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to determine the feasibility and suitability of our products for client applications.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and training to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving technical issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
