Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
  • Preferable to have 1 – 3 years working experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office application such as words and excel.
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, meticulous and be able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Tanggungjawab

  • Responsible for handling full set of accounts, management accounts, bank reconciliation etc.
  • Process and maintain records of all daily accounting transactions in the accounting system.
  • Preparation of financial statements, analysis, reports, cash flow, annual budget, tax estimation and correspondence as required.
  • Liaise with bankers on telegraphic transfer, fund transfer and letter of credit.
  • Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, company secretary, tax consultant, bankers, legal advisor, customers and vendors.
  • Handle debtor collection and payment transactions, calculate sales commission and process staff claims.
  • Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisor such as maintaining files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with the company policy and accepted accounting practices.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time.
