We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team!

You’ll be managing the full set of accounts, handling E-Invoicing, taxation, and SST, while ensuring compliance and supporting management with accurate financial insights.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of invoices and financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
• Handle a full set of accounts and prepare monthly management reports.
• Coordinate and support the year-end audit process.
• Assist in inventory control, costing analysis, and physical stock count activities.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage fixed assets and perform depreciation calculations.
• Perform the full spectrum of AR, AP, and GL functions, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Handle E-Invoicing processes in compliance with government requirements.
• Assist in taxation matters and ensure timely and accurate tax submissions.
• Manage SST reporting and submissions (preferably).
• Perform other accounting or finance-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
