Requirements
- Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, with a mix of remote and on-site work at our Sentul office.
- Eagerness to learn about financial planning and insurance products, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in sales.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness to work collaboratively within a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Adherence to ethical standards and compliance regulations in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Mandarin-speaking market segment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients, understanding their financial needs and providing suitable insurance solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations in Mandarin to effectively communicate the value proposition of our financial products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company's revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest financial products and market trends to effectively advise clients and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience for Mandarin-speaking clients.
