Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or sales consulting
Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Solid product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients.
Experience in sales consulting, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Must be willing to work onsite in Petaling Jaya.
Must have own transport
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on B2B sales of the company's plastic products.
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position Exaltech's offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target companies, acting as a trusted advisor and solutions provider.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of Exaltech's products and services.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and providing ongoing account management support.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing sales pipeline, forecasting accurately, and implementing strategic sales initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
