Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or sales consulting
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Solid product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients.
  • Experience in sales consulting, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Petaling Jaya.
  • Must have own transport

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on B2B sales of the company's plastic products.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position Exaltech's offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target companies, acting as a trusted advisor and solutions provider.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of Exaltech's products and services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and providing ongoing account management support.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing sales pipeline, forecasting accurately, and implementing strategic sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
