Kelayakan

  • Assist in the preparation of export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties to arrange for the timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers on the status of their orders, proactively addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Maintain organized records of all export-related activities, including documentation, correspondence, and financial transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, such as sales, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination of export operations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to create reports, manage data, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Possess strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic office tasks, such as answering telephones, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized files.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant export regulations and compliance requirements.

Tanggungjawab

  • Prepare and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange for timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
  • Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to customers regarding delivery status, potential delays, and any other relevant information.
  • Maintain accurate records of all export transactions, including documentation, correspondence, and financial information, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in resolving any issues related to export shipments, such as customs clearance delays, damage claims, or discrepancies in documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the export department, including answering telephones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to create reports, manage data, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
