Kelayakan

 

  • SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in data entry and invoicing procedures.
  • Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

 

Tanggungjawab

  • Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers based on completed services or product sales.
  • Verify the accuracy of billing data, including customer information, pricing, and service details, before invoice generation.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all invoices, payments, and related documentation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues, discrepancies, or payment clarifications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks to accurately record billing information into the company's accounting system.
  • Collect & reconcile daily cash & credit card payments with sales invoices.
  • Matching supplier invoices, ensuring purchases are billed to the customer.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to resolve billing-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the superior on ad hoc administrative tasks.
